It always has been...The Economist *is* a newspaper. It always has been. A magazine is a themed periodical. The Economist reports all aspects of the news on a weekly basis in an intelligent style.<BR/><BR/>Generally it's utterly sound, even "dry." I can't account for this weird aberration (my copy hasn't reached Moscow yet).
