Just spotted a warning re delays around passes on the party website, but I managed to get mine. Finger in the air suggests 20 - 30 percent of passes are not ready for collection which if true is a disgrace. If you see someone with Conservatives Abroad - Prague written on their pass, that'll be me. Should be a hectic Conference - there are 2000 more delegates than last year.
