if only predominatly Tory run local authorities could settle their payments and bills to smaller organisations/businesses who deliver services on their behalf it wouldnt help beat the recession but buy organisations time. Not really hearing much from Cameron on how Local authorities can help small organisations/businesses
I for one and really disappointed and have written to Margaret Eaton to ask why.
